Every year, TeamStrength Inc, a CEO Forum and Coaching Company, hosts an annual workshop, bringing in CEO members and their teams for a day full of speakers, networking, and group activities. For the second year in a row, they held it downtown Orlando, right here at the Ballroom at Church Street. This year they focused on the rising trend of Supers, highlighting their very own Superheroes of Leadership.
It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s a… TRAIN? Yeah, that’s right. Attendees dodged morning rush hour and rolled in on the Sunrail, dropping them off at the station conveniently located just steps away from the Ballroom at Church Street.
As attendees arrived, they poured into the Grand Ballroom to kick off the high impact day. The versatility of our ballroom made it easy to create an engaging environment, which was divided into two separate rooms by air walls. A larger room featured a stage for the event’s distinguished guest speakers, and round tables encouraged collaboration. For lunch, everyone transitioned to a sunlight filled space to refuel with a nutrient-rich lunch.
With the help of Puff ‘n Stuff Catering, the theme really took flight. Tables were decorated with bright colors and star-patterns and even the custom menu cards and food exemplified the Superhero theme.
After an engaging day, attendees wound down in our large, open atrium featuring beautiful two-story stained glass windows. This became an exciting backdrop for attendees to decompress from the day’s learning’s and network over some light refreshments.
“At the end of the day, those of us at TeamStrength were able to relax and reflect on one of our highest rated workshops ever, all thanks to the Superhero powers of Puff ‘n Stuff Catering and the Ballroom at Church Street.”
